We offer SUPIMA® cotton fabrics with digital traceability through TextileGenesis.

  1. From US farms to spinning mills

    US-grown SUPIMA® cotton is shipped to spinning mills to be made into yarn. The mills submit its Permanent Bale Identification (PBI) numbers to TextileGenesis for checks against SUPIMA’s bale registry. These checks link the mill’s cotton inventory to registered bale records.

  2. Traceability through VR Clothing

    Mills and other supply-chain partners record their SUPIMA® transactions in TextileGenesis. VR Clothing also records its fabric transactions, continuing the digital record. Digital tokens called Fibercoins® represent cotton quantities and connect these transactions as the material moves from yarn to fabric.

  3. A clearer basis for fabric sourcing

    These connected records link the fabric we supply to its SUPIMA® cotton supply chain. They help support its origin claim and give you a clearer basis for choosing materials for your own garments or a customer’s specific fabric requirements.

Advance Payment

Once the lab dip is approved, we require a 40% advance to begin production.
